Magda is the captain of the ship and is the managing director of the firm. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa 2011 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2012. Magda has gained unparalleled knowledge and experience in various fields of law during her career which resulted in the decision to establish Dreyer Engelbrecht Attorneys Inc. Magda is also an admitted Notary Public and a trained Mediator who specialises in Commercial Law, all property related transactions, Family Law, Antenuptial Agreements and Trusts.

Bianca van Wyk is an Admitted Attorney at Dreyer Engelbrecht Attorneys Inc. Bianca attended the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, where she obtained her LL.B Law degree in 2013. Bianca has extensive litigation experience, specialising in motor vehicle accident litigation, general litigation and debt collection and currently deals with a variety of general litigation matters.

Michele Dos Santos is a Candidate Attorney at Dreyer Engelbrecht Attorneys Inc. who joined our firm in January of 2022. Michele attended the University of Johannesburg where she obtained her LLB degree in 2020 and was awarded top-achieving Labour Law Student for the year of 2020. In 2021, she commenced her studies towards an LL.M in Labour Law. Michele works directly with the Director and Associate, assisting in their respective fields of expertise. She has a keen interest in Labour Law, International Law, Banking Law, Cyber Law, and Family Law.

Heidi has 30 years of experience in the property and legal market, which includes working as a para-legal, both in conveyancing as well as general legal practice, estate agent, bond originator and manager of a conveyancing firm with a staff-compliment of 50 employees. Heidi currently manages and does some marketing for one of Dreyer Engelbrecht Inc’s conveyancing departments.
